Schedule
- Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility with start and end times)
- Regular weekends required based on catering events

Do you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team? We're looking for a dependable Food Prep/Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace while assisting with food preparation for catering events.
No previous experience? That's okay! We're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is ready to learn.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and plate food for catering orders
- Assist with food preparation and general kitchen prep
- Help receive and organize deliveries
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and catering equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, coolers, and catering equipment
- Properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- Remove trash and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen and catering areas
- Monitor dishwashing equipment and report maintenance issues
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food service or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires you to:
- Stand for most of your shift
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the day
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
