Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and energetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service, Graphic Design, Screen Printer, Engraver, and Heat Press Operator. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to combine creative design skills with hands-on production expertise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, design, and manufacturing, eager to deliver outstanding products and service while maintaining a lively work environment.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selections, order inquiries, and customization options.
- Develop compelling graphic designs for apparel, signage, and promotional items using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Prepare design files for print production with precise color management, layout design, and file formatting to ensure high-quality output.
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce vibrant custom apparel, ensuring accurate registration and color consistency.
- Use engraving tools to add detailed logos or artwork onto various materials with precision.
- Manage heat press operations for transferring designs onto garments or other substrates efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment calibration and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, branding, logo design, typography, and visual design projects.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, InVision or similar tools.
- Knowledge of print production processes including prepress procedures, color management, layout design for print advertising, and sign manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience operating screen printing presses, heat presses, engravers or similar equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing design principles such as branding consistency and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks related to printing and engraving processes.
