Job Summary
We're looking for a bilingual Recruiter to fill light industrial and general labor positions for our clients. This is a high volume, fast paced role. You'll source, screen, and place candidates daily, often same day, across production, warehouse, and manufacturing assignments. Success means keeping the pipeline full and job orders filled.
Responsibilities
- Run full cycle recruiting for general labor and light industrial roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates daily through Indeed, FactoryFix, job fairs, walk-in traffic, and referrals. Cold call and text candidates from the database to keep the pipeline warm.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews. Move qualified candidates to placement quickly.
- Manage job orders in TempWorks/Aqore. Keep candidate records and applicant flow accurate and current.
- Coordinate with dispatch and account managers daily to track attendance, no shows, and assignment performance at customer sites.
- Fill job orders on tight timelines, including same day and next day starts.
- Handle onboarding paperwork, background checks, and drug screens in line with company and client requirements.
- Follow all employment and labor law requirements throughout the hiring process.
Skills
- Comfortable working a high volume desk with daily fill goals and tight deadlines.
- Full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in staffing, light industrial, or general labor.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills across candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience with an ATS. TempWorks or Aqore experience is a plus.
- Comfortable cold calling and texting candidates to build and maintain a pipeline.
- Able to manage multiple job orders and priorities at once without losing attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to hiring and onboarding.
