Responsibilities
- Source candidates proactively using social media management tools, job boards, cold calling techniques, and research methods to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct bilingual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate employment terms with candidates and hiring managers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through onboarding, including employee orientation and contract management
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations across different regions.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines through lead generation activities and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct research on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and stay competitive.
Skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or HR sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with sales acumen for effective candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable across different jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors (UltiPro), ADP Workforce Now, Kronos Workforce Central.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively through social media management tools.
- Experience with cold calling techniques for lead generation and candidate outreach.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates via various channels.
- Strong understanding of employee evaluation processes, contracts, employee relations, and training & development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales such as door to door (B2B), cold calling
Monday - Friday must be ok with OT 8am - 5pm
$40k - $65 + commission on Sales.
