We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities management team. Duties
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute daily operational tasks efficiently and safely
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and maintenance schedules
- Oversee electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards
- Manage industrial maintenance activities across various hotel facilities, including mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, and structural repairs
- Coordinate with project management teams on renovation or upgrade initiatives to ensure timely completion within budget
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
Skills
- Strong management and supervisory experience leading diverse maintenance teams
- Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms for effective facilities management
- Mechanical expertise with schematics reading, troubleshooting, and repairs of complex systems
- Electrical experience covering high voltage and low voltage systems with safety protocols in place
- Familiarity with HVAC systems operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English for clear communication across all levels of staff and vendors
