American Traveler is seeking an experienced Psychiatric RN for a 13-week inpatient behavioral health contract requiring at least 1 year of psych experience and comfort with paper charting.

Inpatient psychiatric and detox unit within a 63-bed behavioral health facility

Patient population consists of adults and older adults (18+) with mental health and substance abuse conditions

Paper charting only — no EMR used

Active RN license (SC or Compact) required

Current BLS certification required

CPI certification preferred

Minimum 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience required

Demonstrated comfort and ability to work with paper charting required

Provides nursing care across inpatient psychiatric and detox programs

Candidates living within 30 miles of the facility qualify under local rates; those residing beyond 30 miles qualify for travel rates
