Under the supervision of the Advocacy Director, the Victim Advocate will work directly with women, children and men victims of dating violence, domestic violence, and sexual assault. This position will be responsible for supporting residents and non-residents seeking services through Noah Project. On-call and holiday rotation.
Under the supervision of the Advocacy Director, the Victim Advocate will work directly with women, children and men victims of dating violence, domestic violence, and sexual assault. This position will be responsible for supporting residents and non-residents seeking services through Noah Project. On-call and holiday rotation.

- Receive crisis calls and provide immediate crisis intervention for all victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.
- Determine eligibility of services and/or give referral sources.
- Complete intake and exit interviews and complete all required documentation on residents and non-resident clients.
- Conduct consistent advocacy and regularly scheduled client casework sessions for Noah Project clients.
- Document casework activities on a timely basis, including maintaining files and entering data and statistics.
- Provide needed accompaniment services.
- Assist adult and children shelter residents and non-residents in safety planning and re-evaluation of the safety plan as part of an individual service plan.
- Assist eligible clients with Crime Victim Compensation, Protective Orders, and VINE services.
- Represent Noah Project at housing community meetings and advocate for clients’ needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with apartment complex managers and landlords
