Cassena Care is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a Regional Financial Coordinator Manager in our finance department. This position will be responsible for oversight of the Financial Coordinators in those buildings. Financial Coordinator Manager
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of Financial Coordinators
- Train new hires on policies and procedures for Financial Coordinator position
- Act as intermediary between staff in the nursing home and staff at Woodbury office
- Perform Financial Coordinator duties when covering buildings for vacations/illness/etc.
- Educate Financial Coordinators on a continual basis
Regional Financial Coordinator Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Nursing Home finance or Medicaid office is a plus
- Must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Should be detail-oriented and organized with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
