Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced food service worker to work our PrimoHoagies Chestnut Street location. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Check product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Operate deli equipment, including slicers, scales, ovens, safely and efficiently.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to running shifts and maintaining store standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
- Collaborate with franchise support team on promotions, training, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant or retail (quick-service or fast-casual preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work nights + weekends
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
