Job Description
1 Method Treatment is seeking an On Call Resident Advisor to provide support to our clients. The Resident Advisor will assist with activities and provide assistance to detox and residential clients in an upscale treatment setting. The role requires a positive, caring, and compassionate attitude. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others is essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Associates degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in providing direct care support to the elderly population preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have valid Los Angeles, CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation to attend meetings as scheduled.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
