Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform routine clinical tasks including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and offering support throughout their visit.
- Prepare examination rooms by cleaning and stocking supplies to ensure readiness for patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Some Travel to Other Local Clinic Locations
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.
- Strong understanding of medical and inpatient care practices.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient care protocols is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
