The Santa Lucia Preserve is looking for hard working, enthusiastic Locker Room Attendant to provide spectacular customer service at our Tom Fazio course, rated top 10 in California!
The primary responsibilities of this position are to ensure that all operations of the locker room function correctly and in a timely manner. Others include:
- Proactive member and guest service, focused on providing a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Establishing relationships with members and guests to better anticipate and deliver on their preferences.
- Opening and closing duties to include locker room preparation, food and beverage preparation, laundry
- Cleaning and polishing shoes, maintaining proper levels of locker room amenities
- Maintaining bath and shower areas, perform general cleaning duties when needed
- Serve food and beverages in Clubhouse lounges to members and their guests
- Responsible for maintaining all standard operating procedures
- Responsible for following all club rules and regulations
- Responsible for inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all F&B and locker room products.
- Communicate member’s requests and concerns to Manager
- Maintain positive working relationships with teammates
- Review schedule for changes, calendar of events and golf activities daily
- Assist in member orientation, give tours of locker room
- Flexibility required to work special events and holidays
- Schedule is mainly second shift from 11am – 7.30pm & some early shifts 7 am – 3.30 pm
Qualifications include:
- General golf knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Food and beverage service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English language verbal communication skills
- ServSafe food service certification preferred but training provided if necessary
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Age 21 or older due to alcohol service

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
