Marketing Coordinator - Events (Contract)
Location: Denver/Boulder area, CO Type: Contract, immediate start through end of calendar year, with strong potential to extend to a perm role.

What You'll Do
- Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of regional events alongside the marketing team
- Help coordinate select conference booth and sponsorship logistics with outside organizers
- Work directly with event suppliers to confirm collateral and materials arrive on time and complete
- Track event budgets, metrics, and status, keeping details organized and up to date
- Put together clear summary reports on events and activities to share internally
- Jump in on additional marketing support as priorities shift week to week
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications (agency or in-house both welcome)
- Bachelor's degree required; engineering, technical, or STEM background strongly preferred given the nature of the business
- HubSpot and Salesforce experience a plus
- Sharp, quick learner who can pick up technical and industry context fast
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling several moving pieces at once
- Willingness to support and learn from senior team members rather than run programs independently
- Clear, professional written communication for internal reporting
- Based in or able to work on-site in the greater Denver/Boulder, CO area
- Available to start immediately

This is a contract position expected to run through the end of the calendar year, with the possibility of extending based on business needs. It's a hands-on support role, not a program-ownership role, ideal for someone who wants to build experience with a growing team. Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
