What you will do:

Manage and oversee a team of employees in front of house positions

Support the Operations Manager when needed and operate in that position effectively

Adhere to cleaning and safety standards of the facilities, and ensure employees do the same

Assist in the execution of private events

Follow WhirlyBall rules, policies, and conditions of employment, as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Experience working in high-volume management, and several years in the food service/hospitality industry

Natural leader to oversee and train front of house team members

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
