- The Spa Attendant Supervisor leads the Spa Attendant team to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service throughout the Spa. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supporting the team to consistently uphold Mirbeau’s service standards. As a working supervisor, approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to active floor coverage and Spa Attendant responsibilities, with limited administrative duties. Through a strong floor presence that provides operational oversight, and ongoing team support as an additional Spa Attendant, the Spa Attendant Supervisor has an essential role in maintaining efficiency, service excellence, and the exceptional wellness experience our guests have come to expect.
- Pay Rate: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Please Note: This role is Full-Time, with estimated hours in the range of 35-40 hours per week, with typical hours being 7:00am -3:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm or 2:00pm - 9:30pm Monday-Sundays. *Shift times may be adjusted based on needs of the business and training.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Uphold company standards of excellence, service, and hospitality in every interaction
- Maintain knowledge of spa offerings, amenities, wellness programs, and policies to provide informed, courteous guidance to guests
- Monitor and inspect all spa areas, including locker rooms, fitness areas, treatment hall, Aqua Terrace, resting area, and closets- ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for guests
- Listen, acknowledge, and resolve guest concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the Spa Attendant team
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff work groups, providing performance feedback and addressing disciplinary actions as needed
- Create and maintain a positive, motivating work environment that boosts morale, engagement, and productivity
- Assist Spa Manager with scheduling staff effectively, manage timekeeping, PTO, and shift coverage for the Spa Attendant staff
- Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, composure, and adherence to company policies
- Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with management team regarding staffing, guest concerns, or operational issues requiring attention
- Attend meetings as required
- Ensure staff adherence to uniform, appearance, and professional behavior standards
- Overseeing shift operations
- Directly work alongside the spa attendants during all scheduled shifts
- Maintain a flexible schedule, with the availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements:
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in spa, hospitality, or related field
Previous experience in management or leadership strongly preferred

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and comfortably perform the physical duties of the Spa Attendant role as the primary responsibilities of this role
