Job Overview
We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to be the face of this location. This role is about delivering best-in-class customer service, driving front-of-house sales performance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standard that has made this store a cornerstone in our success. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential — ideal for someone motivated, customer-focused, and results/commission-driven.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an excellent first impression
- Clearly explain repair services, timelines, and pricing
- Generate sales of device repairs, accessories, and protection plans
- Track store metrics and contribute to achieving top-level performance goals
- Manage customer check-ins, estimates, and repair updates
- Support the repair team by maintaining smooth front-of-house operations
- Uphold our reputation as a proven, top-performing location
Requirements
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
