The Role
We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to be the backbone of our front-office operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage order flow from intake to delivery, and ensure that all documentation meets the rigorous standards required in regulated industries. This role reports directly to management and works closely with our lab technicians and quality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate job orders from receipt through completion, tracking progress and communicating status updates to customers.
- Send finalized test reports to clients accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before release.
- Provide support to the quality department as needed, including assistance with recordkeeping and compliance-related tasks.
- Assist accounting and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support lab operations and overall company functions.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles is a plus, but not required — we welcome entry-level candidates who are organized, eager to learn, and reliable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance-related documentation.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States) due to the nature of our work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
