Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and effectively on-site
- Support masonry, stucco, drywall, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and trim carpentry tasks as directed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately carry out assigned duties
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site preparation, material handling, and cleanup activities
- Contribute to renovation projects by performing plastering, caulking, metal stud framing, and restoration work
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior construction site experience or related fieldwork preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are highly advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry, welding, or roofing is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience or certification is desirable but not mandatory
- Commitment to safety practices and teamwork in fast-paced environments
