Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to inform and excite potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer value.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with fleet or corporate clients.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure proper inventory control and management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally via phone or in person.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract high-end clientele.
- Support the dealership’s sales management team by preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and sales documentation.
- Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control processes, and retail math is advantageous.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment focused on results.

Pay: $46,333.11 - $55,799.01 per year
