Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in
- Support stylists with preparing tools and products for hair styling, coloring, and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all workstations, including sterilizing tools
- Help with store management tasks such as inventory tracking, restocking supplies, and organizing retail displays
- Upsell additional services like hair treatments or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist stylists with shampooing and preparing hair.
- Maintain an uninterrupted supply of clean towels and capes by managing daily salon laundry
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology background is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
