We are looking for experienced and passionate LINE COOKS (full and part time positions available) to join our BOH staff team.
Here’s what you do ….
- Have an interest (passion preferred) for cooking and comfortable with customer special orders.
- Prepare food to recipe – no exception
- Know our menu and its ingredients in detail
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, each workstation and equipment.
- Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
- Engage in teamwork
- Follows all sanitation and safety policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Report any safety/mechanical issues to management immediately
- Advises Management /Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a kitchen environment - 6 mos or more experience in a restaurant kitchen would be big plus.
- Excellent Culinary skills (knife cuts, etc.) required.
- Able to work and think in a fast-paced environment while producing a repetition of items per the approved recipe.
- Must be a team player.
- Bi-lingual is a major plus
