ABC Behavior Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing in-clinic team!
Position Summary:
This position is for candidates that speak fluent in both English and Spanish. As an RBT at ABC Behavior Therapy, you will work one-on-one with clients in a structured clinical setting using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy to clients in our clinic under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment goals with fidelity
- Collect data accurately and consistently during each session
- Assist in preparing materials and maintaining a clean therapy space
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team and families as needed
Growth & Additional Compensation
- 6-Month Performance Review: Opportunity to increase the direct therapy rate to .50/hour based on performance and attendance.
- Social Skills Group Differential: An additional $1.00 per hour for each additional client assigned to the RBT while working an approved social skills group.
- Career growth opportunities may include RBT Trainer, Lead RBT, and other leadership or development roles as available.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active RBT certification (or willing to complete RBT Certification within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, patient, and team-oriented
Schedule & Location:
- Position Type: Part-time or Full-time
- Location: In-clinic (Memphis, TN)
- Monday through Friday schedule (no weekends!)
