About the Role
Parker customers are discerning. They've done their research, they have options, and they'll walk if they feel pressured or patronized. What they want is a straight-talking professional who can articulate the real value of a vehicle and the real value of buying from us, not someone running them through a script.

What You'll Actually Do
You'll manage the full sales experience from first contact to delivery, responding to online inquiries, setting appointments, walking customers through their options, and guiding the transaction to a confident close. You won't be cold calling or chasing unqualified traffic. We provide qualified leads; your job is to convert them through knowledge, professionalism, and trust.
What We're Looking For
- A professional communicator who asks good questions, listens carefully, and gives clear, honest answers without industry jargon
- Prior sales experience in any field where relationship and value were more important than volume
- Comfortable presenting numbers transparently and explaining why a deal makes sense
- Self-directed and organized, someone who manages their pipeline and follows up without being managed
- Able to obtain a Colorado Sales License (we'll help with the process)
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. The right mindset and communication skills matter more.
