Position Purpose:
Responsible for supporting each OpCo within the assigned region in regard to proper management of the operation to include warehouse, transportation and facilities. Responsible for supporting all staff members; achieving corporate goals as established by the senior management team, and ensuring corporate profitability by ensuring that each assigned OpCo follows established methods
and procedures to achieve the highest possible quality and productivity at the lowest possible cost. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the assigned locations have proper operations controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Provides day-to-day leadership and management that mirror the mission and values of the company.

Leads the division to achieve and surpass operational excellence standards, business goals and objectives.

Supports the development, formulation, communication and implementation of effective operational strategies, goals, programs and processes.

Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organizations.

Enhances, develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the region and company.

Establishes credibility throughout the region as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.

Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems problems, disasters, etc.; identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues, and participates in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.

Keeps the company and region leadership promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action, which may be taken.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
6-10 years' experience with three to five years supervisory experience and a minimum of ten years related foodservice experience.
Must reside in the Western region of the US.
Must live close to Major airport.
