Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements across all HR activities.
- Lead performance management initiatives by conducting employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts.
- Coordinate change management projects to support organizational restructuring or process improvements with clear communication strategies.
- Oversee HR sourcing activities to attract top talent via social media management and strategic outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee orientation, and performance management systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and data collection tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Ability to navigate change management processes confidently and implement organization design strategies effectively.

Pay: $65,850.12 - $79,303.37 per year
