Duties
- Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Support food service operations by serving meals efficiently and courteously to residents or customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Slice, chop, and prepare ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery while upholding safety standards in production.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Proven culinary experience with knowledge of food industry practices, including food safety management.
- Familiarity with menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
- Strong knife skills and slicing techniques essential for efficient ingredient preparation.
- Ability to follow safety standards in production environments and handle food safely at all times.
- Experience working in restaurants or kitchens within the food industry is a plus.
