The maintenance tech will be required to maintain a clean work and tool area. Must be knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, fencing, light roofing, light landscaping, light pool maintenance and general knowledge of overall maintenance and HOA condominium community.
Must be punctual and show up ready to work. Must be able to follow instruction as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Must be able to use Google Sheets to receive job assignments and record completed jobs/tasks.
