123 Grow Child Center, Inc. is a trusted early childhood education provider with multiple locations across Central Massachusetts. We are currently hiring passionate and dedicated teachers for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s developmental and emotional growth
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all EEC regulations and center policies
Qualifications
- EEC Certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) – Preferred/Required
- Experience in a childcare or early education setting
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
