Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to promote menu items effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with cash registers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 40 per week
