Provide assessments, therapy, and care planning
Work closely with a collaborative care team
Support patients across a wide age range (5+)
Ensure compliance with NYS OMH standards
- Schedule
Monday–Friday
Shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating on-call for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Master’s Degree
Active NY license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT)
Familiarity with NYS OMH requirements
Prior New York experience preferred
