Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic forecast updates

Oversee month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with Corporate Accounting

Prepare and analyze monthly KPIs, financial statements, and business performance reporting
-
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations
-
Manage audit processes and support regulatory compliance efforts
-
Review and strengthen internal controls while ensuring adherence to GAAP standards
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
-
3+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
-
Experience with SAP and/or Global Shop Solutions

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
-
Proven experience managing general ledger activities, financial close processes, and financial reporting
