Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies
- Support children's individual needs, including those with autism or disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized attention
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences using our app
- Assist in creating a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and independence
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare and education
- Experience with special education techniques, including working with children with autism or disabilities
- Proficiency in lesson planning across subjects like literacy education, math, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Classroom management expertise to foster positive behavior and create an inclusive environment
- Ability to adapt activities for diverse learners and implement behavior management strategies effectively
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
