We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic gymnastics coaches to join our team! Ideal candidates love working with children, bring positive energy to every class, and are excited to be part of a program that focuses on fun, learning, and personal growth.
Coaches will teach gymnastics to girls and boys ages 2 through teens, following structured lesson plans in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Weekday evening shifts
- Saturday daytime shifts
- Additional hours may be available as the program grows
Responsibilities
- Teach gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and motivating way
- Create a positive class environment where students feel supported and encouraged
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members
- Promote the mission and culture of Coach Patty’s Gymnastics
Requirements
- Prior coaching experience
- Experience working with children
- Gymnastics experience is a plus
- Ability to work well with others
- Positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm are a must
