GIC Car Clinic is looking for a confident, people-oriented Sales Consultant / Service Advisor who knows how to build trust, communicate value, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
Automotive repair experience is not required for the right person.
If you already have strong sales ability and natural people skills, we can train you on the automotive side and give you the systems, support, and professional training to grow into the role.

Compensation
Hybrid Performance Pay Plan
High-performing team members earn $7,500–$10,500+ per month.
That equals approximately $90,000–$126,000+ annually.
Your earning potential is tied to sales performance, gross profit, consistency, and production.
The stronger you become at communicating value, following up, and helping customers move forward, the more opportunity you have to earn.
What the Role Looks Like
Our technicians inspect and evaluate the vehicles.
Your role is to take their recommendations and communicate them to the customer in a way that is clear, professional, and easy to understand.
You will help customers understand what matters, why it matters, and what their options are.
You should be comfortable talking about money, answering questions, working through objections, and confidently asking customers to move forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Present recommended repairs and services professionally
- Build strong customer relationships
- Communicate value clearly and confidently
- Handle questions and objections
- Follow up on previously recommended work
- Help increase average repair order and gross profit
- Maintain good communication with technicians and the front office
- Provide a five-star customer experience while meeting performance goals
Strong Sales Backgrounds We’re Open To
