Job Summary
Nature's Pride Transport LLC is seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspection and daily report submitting daily.
- Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logs and transportation documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and delivery updates.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns immediately.
- Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and background check.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience hauling refrigerated (reefer) freight is preferred.
- Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and complete required paperwork accurately.
