Performs duties and tasks to meet Town Pump and brand operational standards to ensure daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventive maintenance, small repair for property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure exterior building and grounds are clean and clear by removing trash, and debris, as well as removing weather-related hazards such as snow, ice, and other debris.

EDUCATION AND/EXPERIENCE:
