Position Overview
We are seeking a Management Trainee who is ready to grow into a leadership role supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns, community events, and team performance. This entry-level leadership development role is ideal for individuals who are looking for hands-on experience with managing people, public-facing fundraising, sales strategy, and strengthening community relationships while representing impactful causes.
Through comprehensive paid training and mentorship, you’ll learn how to lead outreach initiatives, oversee event teams, and support campaign growth — all while staying actively involved in the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do
● Lead and participate in in-person fundraising and community outreach campaigns to garner new support for nonprofit
● Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, clarity, and genuine mission alignment
● Engage community members at events, public sites, and local hubs
● Educate supporters on each nonprofit’s mission, programs, and community impact
● Build meaningful connections with donors and ensure a positive supporter experience
● Track daily interactions with donors, team progress, and campaign performance
● Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed outreach and fundraising goals
● Participate in ongoing leadership training focused on team management and community engagement

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
