We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing oversight for patients in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about mental health, crisis intervention, patient advocacy, and collaborative care.

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments accurately and timely

Respond to emergencies using BLS/ACLS protocols and crisis intervention skills

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and home care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during treatment planning meetings

Facilitate and document psychoeducational and didactic groups

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards

Support quality improvement efforts and chart audits to minimize reimbursement denials

Promote a safe, therapeutic, and culturally competent environment for all patients

Current RN license in the State of Mississippi

Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2 years psychiatric nursing experience preferred

BLS certification required

ACLS certification preferred
