As Field Superintendent, your job will include the following responsibilities:

Lead daily on-site operations with a focus on safety, scheduling, logistics, and maintaining high construction standards

Provide regular updates on project progress through clear verbal communication and written documentation during stakeholder meetings

Stay current on industry trends and evolving best practices to continually improve project execution

Manage and supervise all on-site personnel activities, maintaining strong collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers

Partner with the project team throughout all phases—from early planning to final turnover—to ensure cohesive execution

Optimize the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency

Serve as the primary liaison with municipal inspectors, ensuring timely coordination of inspections and consistent communication from project start to finish
***someone with a good experience in Quality Control is a HUGE PLUS
Qualifications

7+ years of related experience. Commercial and multi-family experience preferred.
- Possess strong computer skills: proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Procore, Microsoft Project, etc

Understand construction scheduling and sequencing, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead and manage teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees. o Attention to detail is paramount; extremely organized and able to prioritize
- Knowledge of, and ability to demonstrate, established construction practices, procedures, and techniques
- Ability to understand blueprints, plans specifications, safety standards, shop drawings, work orders, budget, change orders, submittals, manufacturer’s literature, and specifications.
- Thorough understanding of applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
