We’re a growing home health care team serving Akron and surrounding communities, and we’re looking for an organized, people-first Operations & Staffing Coordinator to keep our schedules running smoothly and our caregivers supported. - What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain daily/weekly caregiver schedules Fill call-offs and open shifts quickly to maintain coverage.
- Communicate with caregivers on assignments, updates, and schedule changes Coordinate client coverage and support service continuity.
- Manage the hiring workflow: applications, interviews, and onboarding steps Schedule orientations and support background check processing.
- Track attendance issues and caregiver reliability Communicate with case managers and clients as needed.

- What We’re Looking For Strong communication and follow-through Confident problem-solver who can handle urgent staffing needs
