Litigation Attorney
Conshohocken, PA | Hybrid
Salary: $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience
Billable Requirement: 1,950 hours
A well-regarded and growing litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Conshohocken office.
This position offers competitive compensation, hybrid working and the opportunity to take greater ownership of your caseload. You will handle high-quality insurance defence matters while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
The firm gives attorneys the freedom to manage their cases independently, while providing access to experienced partners whenever guidance or support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general liability, premises liability, automobile and slip-and-fall claims
- Manage cases from initial instruction through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations and arbitrations
- Develop litigation strategies with clients and senior attorneys
- Negotiate settlements and pursue favourable outcomes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- At least one year of insurance defence or civil litigation experience
- Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred
- Strong legal research, writing and case management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and cases independently
- Clear and professional communication skills
