We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, process sales transactions accurately
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS system - a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to MULTITASK effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of spirits experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
