ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Title Agent to join our team in Ft Myers. You’ll play a central role in facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions — from initial title search to final closing — while coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure every deal closes smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with Florida law.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Title Examination: Conduct thorough title searches to identify liens, encumbrances, or defects, ensuring clear ownership before closing.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review closing documents — title commitments, policies, settlement statements, and deeds — for accuracy and compliance with Florida real estate law.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate professionals, and attorneys, providing clear updates and resolving issues throughout the process.
- Closing Facilitation: Coordinate and conduct closings, ensuring all documents are signed, funds are properly disbursed, and transactions are completed efficiently.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations, securely handling all sensitive client information.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a title agent or closer
- Familiarity with Florida real estate closing procedures
- Proficiency with title software (Qualia experience a plus)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with health benefits and PTO. Specific compensation details will be provided during the interview process.
