Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new industrial sales opportunities within the Kansas City market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with industrial accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for electrical products and services.
- Meet with customers on-site to evaluate electrical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Leverage electrical field knowledge to correctly scope jobs, answer technical questions, and set realistic expectations with customers.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and the Director of Operations to ensure sold work is scheduled, staffed, and delivered according to the proposal.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and account status; provide regular updates and forecasts.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products/technologies relevant to industrial customers.
- Represent Pro Circuit, Inc. professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing, contract, and proposal guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior electrical field experience required (licensed electrician background strongly preferred) — you need to know the trade to sell it credibly.
- Prior sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, wire diagrams, and electrical specifications well enough to scope and quote work accurately.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales goals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Note: This position is base salary plus commission.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
