Key Responsibilities
- Bee Relocation Experts: Remove and relocate bees safely and humanely, protecting both customers and pollinators while respecting local ecosystems.
- Rodent Exclusion Specialists: Perform full rodent exclusions—identifying and sealing entry points to keep rodents out for good.
- Sanitization & Decontamination: Safely sanitize and decontaminate attics and crawl spaces affected by rodent activity, restoring a clean and healthy environment for homeowners.
- Smoke Testing: Conduct smoke tests to accurately locate hidden entry points and gaps in a home's exterior.
- Honeycomb Removal Sales: Educate customers on the importance of removing leftover honeycombs after bee removal and sell additional services to ensure long-term prevention and property protection.
- Precision Pesticide Application: Mix and apply pesticides responsibly on a limited basis, following all state and federal regulations to ensure safety for people, pets, and the environment.
- Safety-First Operations: Confidently use ladders, access rooftops, and work in attics and confined spaces, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Adaptable Professionals: Work in all kinds of weather—because pests, bees, and rodents don't wait for perfect conditions.
- Customer Educators: Teach homeowners practical prevention techniques and strategies to avoid future pest, bee, or rodent issues.
- Detailed Reporters: Document each job with thorough notes, providing customers with transparency and ensuring seamless follow-ups if needed.
- Truck and Equipment Gurus: Maintain your fully equipped company truck and tools, ensuring you're always ready for the next challenge.
Requirements
- A Passion for Hands-On Work: Experience with bees, wasps, or rodent exclusion is a plus, but if you're willing to learn, we're ready to teach you!
- Tool Savvy: Comfortable with small power tools and basic mechanical skills.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Quick Learner: Ready to earn your pesticide license within 90 days (with all costs covered by us).
- Physically Capable: Able to safely use ladders, work on rooftops, and navigate attics or tight spaces.
- Weather Warrior: Willing to work outdoors in Arizona's diverse (and sometimes extreme) weather conditions.
- Team Player with a Smile: Great communication skills and a positive attitude to match our fast, friendly, and fearless culture.
