Stoughton Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and professional Part-Time Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team.
Our bar is more than just a place to enjoy a drink—it's where members gather after a round of golf, celebrate special occasions, reconnect with friends, and build lasting relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys providing exceptional hospitality and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every member and guest.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism.
- Provide attentive, friendly service while building relationships with members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Accurately process member charges and point-of-sale transactions.
- Assist with dining service, banquets, golf outings, weddings, and club events as needed.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and food safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys engaging with people.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Available evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for hospitality.
