We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn the craft of professional roofing installation. No prior roofing experience needed. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely as part of a team, we’ll train you to install both high-quality composition shingle roofs and standing seam metal roofs.
What you’ll do:
- Learn and assist in installing comp and standing seam metal roofing systems
- Work with experienced crew members to ensure quality and safety on every job
- Use tools and equipment properly while following safety protocols
- Help prepare, clean, and organize job sites before and after projects
- Receive on-the-job training to grow into a skilled roofing professional
What we look for:
- No prior roofing experience required — we provide full training
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights
