Physical Therapist - Neuro Home Visits | Upper East Side Manhattan | Part-Time to Full-Time
$60 – $70 per hour (W-2, based on experience & neuro expertise) | Immediate Start | Upper East Side, NY
We are hiring an experienced Neurologic Physical Therapist for part-time home visit services (20+ hours/week) on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Immediate need: A patient with transverse myelitis requires an initial evaluation + ongoing plan of care this week. Excellent opportunity to grow into full-time as caseload expands.
- $60– $70/hour — Competitive pay for neurologic specialty

Requirements
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license & current registration
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience + demonstrated neurologic rehabilitation experience (highlight on resume)
- NCS certification or specialized neuro training strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently in home settings + NYC travel
