Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Low temp refrigeration
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in repairs and installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong background in facilities maintenance with knowledge of electrical systems.
- Capability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Restaurant equipment repair including fryers, grills, pizza ovens, ect.
