Remote Life & Health Specialist
Our growing insurance and financial services agency is seeking an experienced Life & Health Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role serving customers in Indiana and Ohio.

This position is designed for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating with customers
daily, and helping families better protect their financial future through life insurance solutions.
Requirements:
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to build relationships and generate referrals
- Comfortable asking for introductions and additional opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, dependable, and production-minded
- Ability to discuss prior sales activity and production metrics during the interview process
Responsibilities may include:
- Life & Health quoting and sales
- Customer follow-up
- Opportunity development within an active customer base
- Pipeline management
- Multiline protection conversations
Compensation:
- Base salary of $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience
- Strong commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Significant upside for successful producers
